摘　　要：安钢360m2烧结机投入正式运行后,烧结矿转鼓指数控制水平较低,且波动较大,远不能满足2200m3高炉冶炼对烧结矿强度的要求,为达到公司提出的烧结矿强度目标,进行了提高烧结矿强度的工艺技术研究,烧结矿强度大幅度改善,转鼓指数达到80%以上,最高月份达到83.89%,满足了大高炉冶炼对烧结矿强度的要求。After the commissioning of AnYang Steel 360m^2 sintering machine, the sinter tumbler index was lower and its fluctuation was higher, and this sinter could not fulfill the requirement of BF. So, many process technical measurements were adopted, and as a result the sinter tumbler strength was increased obviously.
