摘 要:采用投料量350mL的卧式搅拌釜和变形圆板桨,在无挡板的情况下,经32min将丁苯胶乳中残留苯乙烯从3000ppm脱至200ppm时的较佳操作条件为:釜内绝压9.3—12kPa,温度40—50℃,水蒸汽流率6.5mmol/s,搅拌转速430r/min,桨径与釜径比0.86。本体系的脱气动力学模型为:1n(W/W_0)=-kt,式中k约为1.4 ks^(-1)。本工艺与目前的脱气工艺相比,具有操作简便、脱气时间短、起泡和凝聚容易控制等优点。The removal of residual styrene from styrene-butadiene latex was carried out in a 350 mL horizontal agitated vessel without baffle. The unreacted styrene monomer could be reduced from 3000 ppm to 200 ppm in 32 min at the optimum stripping condition: absolute pressure 9.3-12 kPa, steam-flow rate 6.5 mmol/s, agitating speed 430 r/min, and diameter ratio of impeller to vessel 0.86. The dynamic model of the stripping system was given as: ln(W/W0) = - kt. Comparing with the practical stripping process, the described process was convinent, time-saving-and easy to control foam and coagulation.
