摘　　要：三调节器控制是一套针对大型水电站调速器特点设计的控制方案,该方案自动化程度高、稳定性好,操作、维护简单,工程实践证明适合作为特大型水电站的调速器控制方案。文中主要介绍三调节器的系统组成、切换原理及数据冗余策略。The three-regulator control strategy is designed considering the characteristics of the hydro-turbine governors of large hydropower stations. The strategy can help improve the level of automatization and stability of the speed-governing system, and it is easy to operate and maintain. Engineering practice shows that the control strategy fits for the speed-governing systems of large hydropower stations, The system structure, switching principle and data-redundancy strategy of the three-regulator system are mainly introduced.
