摘  要:研究了纳米水滑石(LDHs)/纳米氧化锌(ZnO)复合体系对硬质聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)材料抑烟阻燃、力学性能、动态力学性能和热稳定性能的影响,以及纳米粉体在PVC-U材料中的分散情况。结果表明,当纳米LDHs为3份、纳米ZnO为2份时,两者之间具有良好的协同效应;PVC-U材料燃烧时的烟密度等级降低到68.80(明显好于GB/T8627-1999);氧指数达到61.8%;力学性能无明显变化;热重分析表明质量保持率明显高于对照样品,600℃残重率由11.8%提高到22.6%;通过透射电子显微镜观察纳米LDHs/ZnO复合组分为5份时,能够达到纳米级分散效果。The effects of nano-LDHs/ZnO on flame retardance, smoke suppression, mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties and thermal stability of PVC-U were investigated, and the dispersion of nano-powder in PVC-U was analyzed. The results indicated that the addition of nano-LDHs/ZnO had a significant effect on smoke suppression and flame retardance when the ratio of LDHs/ZnO was 3: 2. The smoke density rank reached to 68.8 and the limiting oxygen index exhibited a maximum value to 61.8% , but the mechanical properties changed slightly. TG analysis showed that the mass loss of PVC composite was obviously lower than that of the sample without nano-LDHs/ZnO, and the residue at 600℃ increased from 11.8% to 22.6%. The size of nano-particIes was less than 100 nm according to the TEM photo when the content of nano-LDHs/ZnO was 5 phr.
