摘　　要：以瓦楞纸箱生产任务分配为实例,以箱板套裁模切方式为基础,讨论瓦楞纸箱制造企业,在多种规格箱型同时生产过程时,应用EXCEL运筹规划功能,求解生产线的最佳配备方案,有效地减少边角料的损耗和产能浪费,从而降低生产成本,提高企业在市场上的竞争能力。The carton production line optimization with integrated operation when many kinds of cartons were produced at the same time was discussed with the example of carton production mission distribution. The way to use EXCEL to solve practical linear programs was studied. The method can help corporation to reduce resource wastage and production cost while increases the competitive power in marketplace
