摘　　要：形体训练对女大学生形态美的作用体现在塑造女大学生形体美的核心和培养女大学生的高雅气质两方面。本文就设计形体课的内容、选择适合女大学生的音乐、采用语言艺术以及多种教学方法来培养女大学生的形体美等进行了论述,指出体育教师应教育学生将形体审美评价与审美取向统一起来,根据自身的特点采取科学的方法和途径进行形体锻炼。The function of training the shape of the body to the shape beauty of the college girl students entbodies in two aspects, such as in modeling the core of the shape beauty and in cuhivating elegant quality of the college girl students. The author cultivates the shape beauty of the college girl students by designing the contents of the class, selecting the music which is fit for the students, using the art of the language and other more teaching methods. It was pointed out that sports teachers should teach girl students to unify the aesthetic evaluation and aesthetic tropism and get physique beauty according to their own characteristics.
