淮北市煤矿企业管理人员亚健康状况的调查

摘　　要：目的调查淮北市煤矿企业管理人员的亚健康状况并探讨其主要影响因素,提出预防措施。方法对382名企业管理工作人员采用(Delphi)[1]法制定的亚健康测量表进行现场调查。结果企业管理工作人员亚健康的发生率在67.8%,以36～45岁的年龄组发生率最高75.1%,男性组明显高于女性组(P<0.01)。对亚健康的发生有重要影响的因素包括:缺少运动、各种压力、过量饮酒、社会环境等。结论企业管理人员的亚健康状况不容乐观。有关部门应开展多种形式的健康教育活动,提高对亚健康的认识,通过自我调节,化解各种压力,达到真正意义上的健康。Objective To study the sub-health status of members in Huaibei business management,probe into main factors and suggest the prevention measures. Methods Field investigation was conducted on 328 members in business management by Delphi survey table. Results The sub-health occurring rate of business members was 67.8% , among whom,the 36 -45 age group had the highest rate of 75.1% , and male group was significantly higher than the female. The main factors of the sub- health included lack of sports,different kinds of pressure,over-drunkenness,social environment and so on. Conclusion Business members＇sub-health status is not optimistic. The department concerned should launch various kinds of health-teaching activities,improve their knowlegde of sub-health,reduce the Dressures and achieve a true healthv status by self-regulation.
