摘　　要：利用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和RT-PCR两种方法对甜菜丛根病病毒(BNYVV)进行检测,结果表明:(1)两种方法对甜菜丛根病同一样品进行检测,所得结果相同,都能用于丛根病定性检测;(2)从实验中可以看出,ELISA检测方法操作简单、快捷,价格较低廉,适合于幼苗抗病快速筛选鉴定。RT-PCR法操作程序较复杂,适合于病毒研究,价格较昂贵。ELISA and RT- PCR were employed to analyzes beet necrotic yellow vein virus （BNYVV） of the same sampies in sugarbeet, the results showed： （1） ELISA and RT- PCR had got the same results,they can also detect BNYVV in sugarbeet. （2） ELISA method is simple, quick, efficient and pay little, it mainly use to analyses BNYVV of the seeding in the early days . RT - PCR is complex and pay much, but it is sensitive to ELISA.
