摘 要:研究了施氮水平对子粒淀粉积累的影响。结果表明,直链淀粉积累速率在花后10~15 d达到最大值,支链淀粉和总淀粉积累速率则在花后20 d以后达到最大值;花后35 d直链淀粉含量以N120处理(施纯氮120 kg.hm-2)最低,N480处理(施纯氮480 kg·hm-2)次之,二者与N0(施纯氮0 kg·hm-2)处理的差异均达极显著水平。支链淀粉和总淀粉含量均以N480处理最高,分别为66.59%,84.46%与N0处理的差异达极显著水平。Effects of N application levels on starch accumulation was studied. The results indicated that the fastest accumulating rate for amylose appeared during 10-15 d after anthesis, the fastest accumulating rate for amylopectin and total starch appeared in 20 d after anthesis,the amylose content in grains reached the lowest in 35d after anthesis under treatment N120 (pure N applied 120 kg·hm^-2). The amylopectin and total starch contents in grains of treatment N480 (pure N applied 480kg·hm^-2)reached the highest (66.59%,84.46%),also was most significantly different level with treatment No (no N fertilizer applied). The ideal amount of N fertilizer application to the wheat was treatment N480(pure N applied 480kg·hm^-2).
