摘　　要：建立了HPLC法测定尿囊素维生素E乳膏中的尿囊素。采用氨基柱,流动相为甲醇-水(80∶20),流速1.2ml/min,检测波长224nm,氟尿嘧啶为内标。尿囊素在60～160μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率大于98%,日内、日间RSD均小于1.5%。A HPLC method was established for the determination of allantoin in allantoin and vitamin E cream. A NH2 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water （80：20）at the detection wavelength of 224nm and the flow rate of 1.2ml/min. Fluorouracil was used as the internal standard. The calibration curve of allantoin was linear in the concentration range of 60- 160μg/ml. The recovery was more than 98%. The RSDs ofintra- and inter-day were less than 1.5 %.
