摘  要:育成的油研系列杂交油菜油研9号、油研10号等7个品种其含油率、种子蛋白含量、油分蛋白总量与其相应的不育和恢复亲本的平均值十分相近,亲本对其杂种相应性状的遗传力分别为98.23%、96.31%和99.28%,杂种对亲本相应性状不存在超亲(杂种)优势。因此,成功选择高含油率、高蛋白含量的不育和恢复亲本可获得相应性状的杂交种。The oil content, protein content and total oil and protein content of seven bred varieties such as Youyan 9, Youyan 10 and so on is similar to the average value of their sterile and restoring parents. The oil content, protein content and total oil and protein content heritability of their parents is 98. 23%, 96. 31% and 99.28% respectively without super-parent superiority. The sterile and restoring parents with high oil content, protein content and total oil and protein content should be selected in breeding of hybrid rape varieties with high oil content, protein content and total oil and protein content.
