摘  要:目的:观察半导体激光治踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法:将患者57例随机分为2组,治疗组31例,采用半导体激光并超短波对扭伤踝关节治疗;对照组26例,单纯采用超短波治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为93.5%;对照组有效率为77%。两组比较差异显著(p<0.05)。结论:半导体激光照射治疗踝关节扭伤可明显提高疗效。Objectives: This research is to observe the clinical effectiveness of through semi - conductor laser of ankle injur treatment. Methodology: Patients will be divided into 2 sample groups 31 of whom shall be treated with semi - conductor laser beam together withultrashort waves on the treatmant part, Whilst the other 26 patients, the comparison group, shall be treated only with ultrashort waves. The result indicates that the former group has an efficiency rate of 93.5% compared with 77 % of the latter. There proves a great difference between these two groups ( p 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: This research concludes that semi - conductor laser treatment for ankle injur can increase the treatment efficiency considerably.
