摘　　要：目的:观察应用Nd:YAG激光治疗草莓状血管瘤的疗效。方法:对342例草莓状血管瘤采用Nd:YAG激光对血管瘤病变组织照射或插入治疗,平均治疗2至3次。结果:Nd:YAG激光治疗342例草莓状血管瘤总有效率达到95%以上,对控制血管瘤的发展效果满意。结论:Nd:YAG激光治疗草莓状血管瘤疗效满意,操作方便,安全可靠。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect in the Strawberry Hemangioma treatment by Nd： YAG laser. Methods： A total of 342 cases of Strawberry Hemangioma were treated by Nd： YAG laser, with laser irradiation to the lesions or plug- in treatment, for 2 to 3 times each. Results：The total efficiency of the Nd： YAG laser treatment to the 342 cases is up to 95 %, and the treatment result is satisfying. Conclusion： Nd ： YAG laser has been proven to be effective and safe in treatment of the Strawberry Hemangioma.
