摘　　要：利用激光显微拉曼光谱仪对40例肿瘤患者样品进行检测,分析和探讨了激发光源、组织样品离体时间、样品形态、切片厚度、样品保存条件等因素对样品拉曼光谱的影响,对肿瘤的早期诊断具有重要的参考价值和指导意义。Micro - Raman spectrometer was used to detect 40 samples of tumor patients. Several factors which were suspected to affect the Raman spectroscopy were analysed and investigated, including exciting light source, off - body time of tissues, sample shapes, thickness of slice, preserve conditions etc. It also has vital reference value and guidance meaning to early diagnose.
