中药威草胶囊对尿酸性肾病患者血清NO NOS的影响

摘　　要：目的：为证实威草胶囊治疗尿酸性肾病（Uric Acid Nephtopathy，UN）的效果，明确其对一氧化氮（NO）和一氧化氮活酶（NOS）的影响，探讨其作用机理。方法：采取随机、双盲对照的方法进行研究；结果：经过为期9周的治疗，威草胶囊Ⅱ、Ⅲ号组患者的临床症状明显改善，Ⅲ号对肾功能改善的程度较威草胶囊Ⅱ号为佳，威草胶囊Ⅱ、Ⅲ号组，病程在1年以内的患者血清NO、NOS水平呈下降趋势；病程在1-5年的患者血清NO、NOS处在一个相对平稳的状态；病程在5年以上者血清NO、NOS水平呈上升趋势。结论：威草胶囊通过对不同病程的尿酸性肾病患者的血清NO、NOS的影响，减少其作为损伤因子对肾功能的损害，增加其作为修复因子对肾功能的保护与恢复作用，起到促进尿酸排泄，降低其血尿酸水平。Objective：To investigate the underlying mechanism of capsule Wei Cao in the treatment of UN. Methods：A total of 120 UN,divided into three group, were observed in this study. The level of serum NO, NOS, kidney function of the patients′s is detected per 3 weeks. Results ： Cap. Wei Can and Cap. AUopurinol can obviously improve the kidney function of UN Subjects, reduce the level of serum UA, compared with the control group, change the concentration of NO, NOS in different course of disease. Conclusion：Cap. Wei Can can cured UN through the reduceing the side effect and improve the protective effect of NO, NOS in the different course of disease.
