复方参鹿颗粒治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:通过40例临床病例观察比较,评价复方参鹿颗粒治疗骨髓增生异常综合征RCMD型的临床疗效。方法:40例随机分成治疗组及对照组各20例,在规定疗程中测定治疗前后外周血常规、骨穿,T细胞亚群、NK细胞等指标,观察两组的疗效、造血及免疫调控功能。结果:治疗组总有效率85%,对照组总有效率55%,两者之间显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后血红蛋白含量,血小板数量有显著差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前CD4+数值、NK数值,CD+4/CD+8比值低于正常值(P<0.05),治疗前CD+8数值高出正常值(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后数值均有改善,且与治疗前相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:复方参鹿颗粒可以改善RCMD患者外周血情况,治疗作用可能与调控细胞免疫功能有关。Objective ：To evaluate the clinical effect of Compound Recipe of Shenlu Keli on refractory cytopenia with multilineage dysplasia（RCMD） ,and to probe into the mechanism of Compound Recipe of Shenlu Keli, Methods：All the 40 cases were divided into two groups randomly. Treated group was treated with Compound Recipe of Shenlu Kell and andriol, and controlled group with only andriol. We measured changes of some index such as T cell subsets,NK cell ,bone marrow and peripheral blood before and after treatment. The total effective rate of two groups was valued. The effects on immunological and hematopoietic functions were explored. Result ：The total effective rate of treated group was 85% ,while that of controlled group was 55% （ P 〈 0. 05） ;The level of peripheral blood of the treated group had significant improved after the treatment（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;Before treatment ,the counts of CD4^＋ and the ratio of CD4^＋ CD8^＋ and the number of NK cell was obviously decreased ; meanwhile the counts of CD8^＋ was increased. After treatment, those index of the treated group was improved obviously which were better than those of the controlled group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Compound Recipe of Shenlu Keli can raise the level of peripheral blood of refractory cytopenia with muhilineage dysplasia,which may be attributed to the adjustment of the immunologic function.
