六种鹿茸茸毛的显微特征比较鉴别

摘　　要：目的:观察6种鹿茸茸毛的显微特征,对不同品种的鹿茸进行比较鉴别。方法:利用光学显微镜对6种鹿茸茸毛的显微特征进行了观察与测量,实验数据用SPSS 13.0软件统计分析。结果:6种鹿茸茸毛的颜色、毛体形态、毛尖顶端形状、髓质形态、毛长、毛尖无髓质长、毛干直径、髓质直径、髓质指数之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:鹿茸茸毛的显微特征可为鹿茸的鉴别提供一种简便、快速的新方法,为鹿茸的质量评价提供参考依据。Objective：To investigate six kinds of pilose antler velvet microstructure charcter. Comparative identification various kinds of pilose antler. Method： Utilization lingt microscope, the anthors observed and measured six kinds of pilose alter velvet, the date were analyzed by SPSS 13.0. Results ：There are significant difference among six kinds of pilose antler velvet in color,shape, tip form, medullary conformation, legnth, tip non - medullary legnth, shaft diameter, medullary index （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Pilose antler velvet microstructure charcter will provide a informal and rapid new method for p/lose antler indentification, and maybe act as the reference foundation for pilose antler quality opinion.
