摘 要:目的:研究浅刺调督综合疗法对脑梗塞大鼠海马基因BDNF表达的影响。方法:将SD大鼠60只,随机分为浅刺针法加中药组(Ⅰ组)、常规针刺加中药组(Ⅱ组)、模型组(Ⅲ组)、正常组(Ⅳ组)。前3组采用血栓栓塞法建立脑梗塞大鼠模型。经2、7、14天3个时间点采取相应处理后,应用免疫组化的方法检测大鼠海马区BDNF表达变化。结果:3个时间点模型组的BDNF表达均低于正常组(P<0.01);3个时间点浅刺针法加中药组与常规针刺加中药组BDNF表达均高于模型组(P<0.01);14天的时间点上浅刺针法加中药组BDNF表达高于常规针刺加中药组(P<0.05)。结论:浅刺调督综合疗法能使脑梗塞大鼠海马区BDNF基因表达水平增高,有效改善脑梗塞大鼠的神经缺损体征。Objective:To study effect of comprehensive therapy of superficial needling and regulating governor vessel to the expression of brain derived neurotrophic factor in cerebral infarction rats. Methods :60 SD rats were randomly divided into superficial needling with Chinese traditional drugs group ( Group Ⅰ ), routine needling with Chinese traditional drugs group ( Group Ⅱ ) , model control group (Group Ⅲ), normal control group (Group Ⅳ). The first three groups was set up to cerebral infarction rats by the thrombosis method. Each group was divided again at postoperative 2 days, 7days , 14 days three time points. Observe the brain derived neurotrophic factor expression changes in rat brain by immunohistochemistry method after 2, 7, 14 days in the treated Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and the untreated group Ⅲ, Ⅳ in the corresponding time. Results : On the three time points, BDNF expression in rat brain of the model control group were significantly lower than that of the normal control group( P 〈 0.01 ) ; On the three time points,supertqeial needling with Chinese traditional drugs group and routine needling with Chinese traditional drugs group were significantly higher than that of the model control group( P 〈 O. O1 ) ;and that of superficial needling with Chinese traditional drugs group was higher than the routine needling with Chinese traditional drugs group on the 14th day( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion :The ther- apy of superficial needling with Chinese traditional drugs can increased evidently the expression of brain derived neurotrophic factor in cerebral infarction rats',and improve effectively neurological defect sign in cerebral infarction rats.
