摘  要:从区位的定义和特性出发,分析区位与交通的关系,在此基础上对交通影响费计算时考虑区位影响因子的必要性做了介绍,最后引入区位优势度作为交通影响费计算的区位系数,并提出了具体的计算方法。As a system of "user-pays principle", TIF (traffic impact fee) is based on "the impact on the traffic network". One of the decisive factors inducing the impact is the background of the building. Location, one of the most important sides of the background, has significant influence on traffic characteristic. In this paper, therefore, the definition and characteristics of location is introduced to identify the relationship between location and traffic. Additionally, the indispensability of location factor in calculating TIF is argued. Then, the location superiority degree is put forward as a coefficient of location in calculation. Finally, it presents detailed calculation method.
