摘  要:锅炉产品设计工作通常需要参考以往相似设计案例来完成,为此提出了锅炉设计计算案例管理的技术和方法.采用数据库技术建立设计计算案例库,实现了对锅炉制造企业内各种设计计算模型、计算结果以及锅炉运行后跟踪反馈信息的集中存储和共享.设计了以项目和方案为逻辑单位的案例库物理结构模型及相应的数据库模型.讨论了客户端与服务器之间的信息管理与同步问题,并研究了基于最邻近算法的相似参考案例检索方法.结果表明,这些技术和方法可以有效支持锅炉设计计算案例管理系统的研发,有助于锅炉制造企业积累产品设计知识和提高设计水平.Boiler product design usually needs reference to previous design cases. Considering this charac- teristic, the technology and methods for managing boiler design calculation cases were proposed. A case library of boiler design calculation was established by database technology to store and share various design calculation models and results in the boiler manufacturing enterprise, as well as the feedback information about boiler operating and monitoring. By adopting project and scheme as logical unit, the physical structure model and corresponding database design model of the case library were designed. The information management and synchronization between client and server was discussed. The method for retrieving similar reference cases based on nearest neighbor algorithm was studied. Research and application practices show that the proposed technology and methods are efficient for developing the case management system for boiler design calculation, and beneficial to accumulate product design knowledge in boiler manufacturing enterprises and improve the manufacturers’ design level.
