摘 要:由于表面式永磁直线同步电机没有凸极性,当无位置传感器控制时,检测动子初始位置非常困难.利用绕组电感饱和效应,即由于磁路饱和引起的电感随动子位置角变化的规律,检测表面式永磁直线同步电机动子的初始位置.给电机施加相同幅值、不同相位的电压矢量,考虑绕组电感饱和效应,当电压矢量相位和动子位置一致时,直轴电流响应最大.通过观测直轴电流响应的最大值,即可估计电机初始位置.这种估计方法不受电机参数的影响,也无须增加任何硬件.实验表明,给电机注入可控的电压矢量,利用绕组电感饱和效应,可以估计出动子初始位置,估计精度能够满足永磁直线同步电机平稳启动的要求.The detection of initial position for a sensorless surface-mounted permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (SPMLSM) is difficult because it has no salience. Based on the saturation effect of wind- ing inductance, an estimation method of initial position for SPMLSM without a position sensor was presented. The winding inductance changes with the mover position due to the saturation effect, which causes the variation of current response when the position is varying. The initial mover position can be identified through observing the maximum d-axis current when a series of voltages which have the same amplitude and different phases are applied to the motor. The method can be performed without motor parameters and additional hardware. Experimental results show that the initial mover position can be estimated at standstill through injecting the controllable voltage based on saturation effect, and that the estimation precision can fulfill the requirement of SPMLSM starting smoothly.
