摘　　要：从新校区建设项目的建设程序入手,分别分析建设项目设计阶段、施工招投标阶段、施工阶段、材料采购管理阶段和竣工阶段的投资控制方法,并结合新校区建设实际进行实证分析,从而有效控制工程成本和投资规模。Based on the construction process of the construction program of new school district construction, it analyses investment control method of construction program in the phase of design, construction calling for tender and tender bid, construction, material buying management, and the project finish. And combined with the construction practice of the new school district it gets the analysis, and this control the project ccst and investment scale effectively.
