摘  要:目的探讨电针对局灶性脑缺血急性期大鼠脑组织中自由基水平影响和神经功能缺损程度的相关性。方法48只健康的雄性Wister大鼠,随机分为针灸组、正常组、模型组。采用光化学法复制局灶性脑缺血急性期动物模型。术后3h、24h检测脑组织中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量同时进行神经行为学评分。结果模型组脑缺血后3 h时MDA含量明显增高;针灸组与模型组比较,24h MDA含量相对降低(P<0.05),24h SOD的活性明显增高(P<0.05)。神经行为学障碍量化评定显示电针治疗后24h针灸组的神经缺损程度明显低于模型组,其程度与脑组织MDA含量呈负相关,与SOD活性呈正相关。结论早期的针灸对光化学诱导大鼠局灶性缺血脑组织有保护作用并可相应的减轻脑缺血后神经功能的缺损程度。Objective To study the effect of electric acupuncture on levd malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) of brain tissue in rats with acute focal cerebral ischemia. Methods Forty - eight rats were divided into acupuncture therapy group, model group and control group. Focal cerebral ischemia was induced by photochemistry. Contents of MDA and SOD in brain homogenate were tested at 3 h and 24 h. The degree of neurological impairment was examined by Zea Longa law. Results MDA contents increased at 3 h after brain ischernia and increased significantly at 24 h. MDA contents in the acupuncture group decreased significantly from (4.02 ± 0.31 ) nmol/L to (1. 971 ± 0.11 ) nmol/L( P〈 0.05 ) at 24 h. Compared with the model group SOD activity rose significantly at 24 h (P〈 0.05 ). After 24 h, the score of neurological impairment had obvious negative correlation with level of MDA and obvious positive correlation with activity of SOD in brain homogenate. The degree of neurological impairment in electric acupuncture therapy group was obviously lower than that in model group. Conclusion Acupuncture could protect ischemia of brain and neurological function in acute focal cerebral ischemia.
