摘  要:目的探讨2型糖尿病(DM)大鼠血清及脑组织胆碱酯酶(ChE)活性与发生阿尔茨海默病(AD)的相互关系。方法高脂、高热卡饲料喂养+用小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射的方法复制2型DM大鼠模型,并与对照组同步实验。造模成功后2周分离大鼠血清及脑组织,分别测定乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、丁酰胆碱酯酶(BchE)活性以及空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平。结果糖尿病组血清AchE、BchE、FBG、FINS水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),脑组织AchE、BchE活性明显下降(P<0.01)。结论2型DM大鼠血清及脑组织AchE、BchE活性变化可能与其并发AD有一定的关系。Objective To investigate the inherent relation between the activity of cholinesterase in serum and brain tissue in rats with Aldzheimer disease (AD) and type 2 diabetic mellitus (DM). Methods Type - 2 diabetic rats were induced by high - fat and high caloric feed and streptozotocin (STZ) through intravenous injection. Serum and brain tissue of rats were collected. AchE, BchE. FBG and FINS were determined. Results The serum level of acetylcholinesterase (AchE), butyryl cholinesterase (BchE), FBG, FINS in DM group was significantly higher than that in control group. The activity of AchE and BchE in the brain tissue was decreased. Conclusion The serum level of AchF, BchE was increased significantly and the activity of AchE and BchE in the brain tissue was decreased in rats with DM, which might be related to the development of AD.
