甘松抗心律失常有效组分的药理筛选

摘　　要：目的筛选藏药甘松抗心律失常的有效部位.方法采用不同极性溶剂提取,获得甘松各不同组分,以氯化钡、氯仿致小鼠心律失常模型对各组分的抗心律失常活性进行比较.结果甘松石油醚提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物对心律失常有明显对抗作用,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05).结论甘松石油醚提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物有明显的抗心律失常作用.Objective： Screening for active fractions of anti-arrhythmic from extract of Nardostachyson. methods： After gaining different fractions from Nardostachyson by extracting with the solvents of different pola studies are conducted to compare the antf-arrhythmic activities of these fractions in arrhythmic mice respectively inducded by barium chloride, chlorofbrm, results： The petroleum component and acetoacetate component have the obvious effect on anti-arrhythmic（P 〈 0.05）. conclusion： The petroleum component and acetoacetate component of Nardostachyson have the obvious effect on anti-arrhythmic.
