复方蜂胶治疗压疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方蜂胶治疗压疮的效果。方法将54例有压疮的住院患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规方法治疗压疮,治疗组采用常规处理方法后,用复方蜂胶酊加甲硝唑涂敷治疗压疮。结果两组总有效率比较,复方蜂胶治疗组疗效显著(P<0.01)。结论复方蜂胶治疗压疮安全、有效。Objective To discuss the treatment effect of Compound Propolis on pressure ulcer. Methods 54 patients with pressure ulcer were divided into two groups-treatment group and control group. The treatment group accepted routine treatment. The patients in control group used the compound propolis tincture mixing with metron- idazola to smear the pressure ulcer after accepting the routine treatment. Result The total efficiency rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The compound propolis is safe and effective for treating, pressure ulcer.
