淮河流域水污染控制的生态经济分析

摘　　要：造成淮河流域水污染的主要原因是,区域内不适当地发展了重污染企业,工业废水及城镇居民生活污水排放超过了河流的稀释净化能力。从生态经济角度提出水污染控制的对策是:进行综合的水环境规划,对工业与城市污染实施清洁生产,控制人口增长、解决农村集镇污水出路。The major reason that causes Huai River Region water pollution is,inadequately develop heavy contaminative enterprise in the area,industrial waste water and town resident sewage emission have exceeded river dilute purification ability.From ecological economic angle thought,the countermeasure of the control of water pollution is： program the water environmental synthetically,development clean industry,go the road of ecological economy to solve agricultural and rural pollution,and control population increase,solve rural town sewage way out.
