摘  要:研究了用题录化合物(简称TPPSD-ol)作添加剂时对高温硫化硅橡胶性能的影响,并从硫化胶的溶胶分数和交联度的角度进行了讨论。对过氧化型硫化胶,TPPSD-ol的最佳用量为1.0份,此时硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、100%定伸应力和永久变形分别为11.5 MPa,62.2 kN/m,4.1MPa和2.2%;对加成型硫化胶,其最佳用量为0.6份,当TPPSD-ol用量超过1份时,硫化胶的耐热性最好,如Ⅰ-5经268℃×72 h空气老化,其拉伸强度、撕裂强度和伸长率分别为4.61 MPa,10.23kN/m和86%。TPPSD-ol是加成型硅橡胶良好的硫化延迟剂,其用量大于0.6份时,硅橡胶于室温存放50 d以上也不硫化。The effects of title compound (TPPSD - ol )as an additive on the heat curable silicone rubbers were studied . The sol-fraction and crosslinking density of vulcanizates were measured by benzene extract and toluene swelling methods , respectively . For the peroxide cured vulcanizates , at the optimum usage of 1.0 phr TPPSD-ol , the tensile strength , tear strength , modulus at 100% elongation and permanent set of the vulcanizates were 11.5 MPa , 62.2 kN/m ,4.1 MPa and 2.2% , respectively . For hydrosilation cured vulcanizates , the optimum usage of TPPSD-ol was 0.6 phr .When the usage of TPPSSD-ol was more than 1 phr , and after aging at 268°C for 72 h , the tensile strength , tear strength and elongation of the vulcanizates were 4.61 MPa ,10.23 kN/m and 86% ,respectively (Ⅰ-5).TPPSD-ol was also a good retarder for hydrosilation cured silicon rubbrs . The stocks containing more than 0.6 phr of TPPSD-ol could be stored at room temperature for more than 50 d without cure .
