“C”型鼓室图在分泌性中耳炎的临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨"C"型鼓室图在分泌性中耳炎的临床意义。[方法]对68例(单耳)耳闷患者进行声导抗检查。[结果]"C"型鼓室图68耳中,鼓室穿刺抽液阳性者为52耳,占76.5%;阴性16耳,占23.5%。鼓室压>-140dapa为25耳,穿刺阳性12耳占48.0%,鼓室压≤-140dapa有43耳,穿刺阳性40耳,占93.0%,两组差异显著。[结论]"C"型鼓室图中负压的大小与中耳积液密切相关,特别是鼓室压≤-140dapa。[Objective] To explore the clinical meaning of ＂C＂ tympanum figure in secretory otitis media. [Method] Make soundtransmit resistance exam to 68 cases（one ear） of ear stuffiness. [Result] In the ＂C＂ tympanum figure, the tympanum punctured fluid was positive occupying 76.5%, negative 23.5% ;tympanum pressure 〉-140dapa for 25 ears with positive figure 48.0 %, when tympanum pressure ≤- 140dapa for 43 ears with positive puncture 93.0%, there＇s marked difference between the 2 groups. [Conclusion] The negative pressure in the ＂C＂ tympanum figure was closely related with auris media fluid,esp, the tympanum pressure ≤- 140dapa.
