开胃汤治疗小儿厌食症临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中药开胃汤与小儿厌食症的关系。[方法]通过对30例厌食症患儿中药开胃汤治疗,并设西药治疗32例为对照组口服吗叮林,观察胃动力学指标及临床症状的变化。[结论]开胃汤治疗厌食患儿,其临床症状及胃动力指标与对照组比较有显著差异。[结果]开胃汤治疗小儿厌食症疗效确切。[Aims] To explore the treatment of children anorexia with Chinese medicine Kaiweitang, [Methods] 30 patients were treated with Chinese medicine. The other 32 patients were in control group with Domperidone. Indexes of motility and clinical symptoms were examined in two groups. [Results] Index of motility and clinical symptoms had statistic significance in treatment group, [Conclusion] Chinese medicine is a more effective method of treating children anorexia.
