摘　　要：9-硝基喜树碱为新型的口服喜树碱类衍生物，具有明显的抗肿瘤作用，其作用机制与抑制DNA合成的拓扑异构酶Ⅰ有关。本文就9-硝基喜树碱的特点、作用机制、国内外最新临床研究及胰腺癌临床研究作一综述。9-Nitroeamptothcin （9-NC）is an orally available new type camptothecinanalog with antineoplastic activity that results from inhibition of DNA topoisomerase Ⅰ In the study we reviewed the feature of the drug, mechanism of action, update studies of preclinical and pancreas cancer clinical trial.
