鳡鱼人工繁殖技术初步研究

摘　　要：2003年夏季,从长江收集了28尾当年野生鳡鱼种,经4年池塘驯养培育成亲鱼24尾。2007年5月9-19日,从中选择了7尾母本、3尾父本进行了人工催产,用DOM、LRH-A3、PG和B型激素等4种催产剂混合注射,挤卵授精,共产卵323万粒,孵出鱼苗98.3万尾。催产率100%,受精率29%~85%,出苗率36.6%~57.1%。In the summer of 2003, 28 wild fingerlings of Yelloweheek carp, Elopiehthys bambusa had been captured from Changjiang River, which had been domesticated in pond for 4years and 24 of them had been bred parent fishes. In May 9 to 19 of 2007, the 7 female and 3 male sexual mature brood fishes were selected from them and were induced spawning . The mixture of DOM, LRH - A3, PG and B type hormone were injected into the fishes, artificial spawn and fertilization. The total production eggs is 3230000 and seedling number is 983000 fries. Their rate of induced spawning, fertilization and hatching were 100%, 29% -85% and 36.6% - 57.1%, respectively.
