晶闸管在WK-4型电铲磁放大器系统改造中的应用

摘　　要：本文主要论述了攀钢矿业公司石灰石矿原有的两台WK-4磁放大器励磁电铲改为晶闸管励磁电铲的方案、方法及具体措施,改造后提高了该电铲的作业绩效,取得了良好的经济效益,为同类设备的改造提供了较好的参考方案,具有一定的生产实际应用价值。In this paper, by using the two WK - 4 type electric shovels belong to Limestone Plant of PanGang Mining Compa- ny as example, demonstrates the scheme and method and concrete steps of the rebuilding of magnetic amplifier from excitation style to thyristor excitation style. Moreover the rebuilding improves its performance and efficiency therefore produces a more desirable economic benefit. In sum this approach provides a preferable reference scheme for the rebuilding of similar equipment and demonstrates its practical value in production.
