摘　　要：本文介绍了全国大学生电子设计竞赛的缘起,说明了竞赛的含义及我校参加此项赛事的情况,探讨了竞赛对高校电子信息类专业课程体系和教学内容的改革的影响,对大学生创新精神培养的重要作用。结合我校应用型人才培养目标,从加强师资队伍和实验室建设、更新教学内容调整课程体系、加大实践课程教学的改革力度、加大实验室开放力度、改革考试方式等方面对我校电子信息类应用型人才的培养进行了思考,试图探索出一条培养新一代具有创新精神的应用型人才的途径。This paper introduces the roots of Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest, elaborates its significance and reviews our experiences in attending this contest, but more importantly, this article investigates its impact in terms of the teaching contents and curriculum for electronic information major and the significant roles it play in developing students creativity. Furthermore, aiming at the training of practical talents which is also the key in our talent training program, this paper investigates the training strategies from several perspectives include the improvement in the quality of teaching staff, construction of laboratories, renewal of the teaching contents, rectification of curriculum, strengthening the innovations in the instructions of practical courses, offering longer opening hours for the laboratories, innovations in the patterns of examination. Therefore the author makes an attempt to explore a new approach in training practical personnel motivated by creativity.
