摘 要:为研究萘的异丙基化反应,制备了Fe2(SO4)3/膨润土催化剂,并对其结构和酸性等进行了表征.在浆态鼓泡床反应器中考察了该催化剂对萘的异丙基化催化性能和反应条件的影响,结果表明,适宜的反应条件为:表观气速1.1cm/s,反应温度240℃,催化剂浓度5.1%(ω),反应时间4h,反应系统压力0.8MPa.在该条件下,萘的转化率约为77.7%,2,6-二异丙基萘的收率为8.6%.同时也说明浆态鼓泡床反应器用于萘的异丙基化反应的可行性.The isopropylation reaction of naphthalene in a slurry bubble column reactor was investigated by using Fe2(SO4)3/bentonite as catalyst. Fe2(SOa)3/bentonite solid acid catalyst was prepared and characterized by XRD, BET and FT-IR techniques. From the experimental results, the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: superficial gas velocity was 1.1 cm/s, reaction temperature 240 ℃, mass concentration of catalyst 5.1%, reaction time 4 h, and pressure 0.8 MPa. Under these conditions, the conversion rate of naphthalene and yield of 2,6-DIPN were 77.7% and 8.6%, respectively. Meanwhile, the experimental results indicate that it is feasible to adopt slurry bubble column reactor for the isopropylation reaction of naphthalene.
