摘  要:为分析小型农业作业机的模态振型及可靠性,应用LMS Test.Lab测试系统,对JSX5D小型农业作业机进行模态试验与分析,得到其固有频率、阻尼比以及相应的振型等模态参数。试验结果表明该机基频较高,而阻尼比较低,分别为196.72 Hz和不大于4.41%,说明该机具有很好的刚度。但扶手部分阻尼比仅为0.57%,为降低工作时的振动强度,应加入合适的阻尼材料;发动机和齿轮箱机械接口的振动方向与该类接口的法线方向一致,说明该类接口的连接刚度较弱,应加强接口的连接刚度,保证作业机的动力输出。In order to analyze the modal shapes and working reliability of the small agricultural machinery, measurement and analysis on vibration of JSXSD small agricultural machinery based on LMS Test. Lab was carried out. The modal parameters such as natural frequency, damping ratio and corresponding modal shapes were obtained. The results show that the stiffness of the testing machinery is high due to the higher fundamental frequency 92.7Hz and the lower damping ratio less than 4.41%. But the damping ratio of the steering handle is only 0.55%, so, in order to decrease the working vibration intensity, suitable damping material should be added. And the direction of vibration of the mechanical interface of engine and gearbox is coincide with its normal direction, which shows that the connection stiffness of this kind of mechanical interface is weak. The connection stiffness should be strengthened to ensure the power input of small agricultural machinery.
