摘 要:为使1ZT-210型水稻整株秸秆还田机埋草刀轴的设计更趋合理,充分考虑设计中的模糊因素,将可靠性与模糊优化设计方法相结合,以刀轴质量最轻和可靠度最高为目标函数,建立了刀轴的模糊可靠性优化设计模型。通过编写MATLAB程序,获得了埋草刀轴的模糊优化设计结果,与传统设计方法相比,刀轴横截面积减小了33.3%。试验证明,刀轴的寿命提高了38.5%,可靠度提高了0.8%;埋草刀的磨损量减小了40%。In order to rationalize the design of the straw-mulching cutter shaft of the whole straw-returning-back-to-field machine (Model: 1ZT-210), fuzzy factors in the design were fully considered and fuzzy optimization design method together with reliability theory was applied to develop the model for fuzzy reliability optimization design with the minimum weight and maximum reliability of the straw-mulching cutter shaft as the objective function. The fuzzy optimization design result of the cutter shaft was obtained by compiling MATLAB procedure. Compared with traditional design methods, the cross-sectional area of the straw-mulching cutter shaft was reduced by 33.3%. The life and the reliability of the cutter shaft were raised by 38.5% and 0.8% respectively, and the wear quantity of the cutter was decreased by 40%.
