摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜下空心钉张力带固定治疗髌骨体横行骨折的方法和疗效。方法:自2003年来采用关节镜和C臂机监视下闭和复位,空心钉张力带治疗髌骨横行骨折23例。结果:采用陆裕朴[1]评分法,结果优20例,良3例。结论:采用关节镜下空心钉张力带固定治疗髌骨横行骨折具备以下优点:手术创伤小,牢固可靠,膝关节可早期活动,精确的解剖复位,并发症少,同时探查处理合并损伤。Objective： To explore the thchnique and the clinical results of internal fixation of transverse patellar fracture by tension band wiring combined with cannulated compression screws with arthroscope. Methods： From 2003 to now,23 cases ot transverse patellar fracture were treated by tension band wiring combined with cannulated compression screws with arthroscope and x-ray fluoroscopy.Results：The clinical results were evaluated according to Lu yu--pu knee joint score, excellent result achieved in 20 cases ,good in 3 cases. Conclusion： The internal fixation of transverse patellar fracture by tension band wiring combined with cannulated compression screws with arthroscope might have the following advantages such as less--invasion, stable fixation, early--mobilization, fewer complication and exploration and treat the consolidated injure at the same time.
