摘　　要：建立完善的招标评审管理制度并根据招标内容制定科学的评标方法是招标工作的关键环节。为使招标评审更加公平和科学,本文根据实践提出了一些具体措施,同时对完善招标评审管理制度提出了一些建议。Establishing perfect management system of bid evaluation and making scientific bid methods according to bid content are key points in the bid. In order to make bid evaluation more equal and scientific, this paper addresses some specific measures in practice and proposes some suggestions about management system of bid evaluation.
