摘  要:目的观察不同浓度臭氧对兔硬脊膜的破坏程度,探讨椎管内臭氧治疗的安全性。方法21只新西兰大白兔,随机取出3只切取脊髓及硬脊膜作为正常对照,其余大白兔随机分为中浓度50ug/ml臭氧和高浓度80ug/ml臭氧两大组,每大组再随机分为3小组,分别在椎管内注射臭氧后1d、3d、1周时切除兔脊髓及硬脊膜,行伊红-苏木素染色,在光镜下观察对比组织结构改变。结果50ug/ml臭氧使硬脊膜结构疏松,变薄;80ug/ml臭氧使硬脊膜纤维断裂,厚度变薄明显。结论80ug/ml臭氧对硬脊膜具有明显的破坏性,50ug/ml臭氧相对安全。Objective To study the safety of ozone injected into neural canal. Methods Three rabbits are singled out as normal control from 21 NewZeland albino rabbits,others are divided randomly into two big groups:50ug/ml and 80ug/ml ozone,which are divided separately into three small groups. Spinal cord,which is staining with HE and observed under light microscope,is adopted separately at one day.three days and one week after ozone is injected. Results Endorhachis becomes raritas and thinner with 50ug/ml ozone;80ug/ml ozone can break spinal dura mater fibre, endorhachis become obviously thinner. Conclusion 80ug/ml ozone can obviously destroys en- dorhachis,50ug/ml ozone is relatively safe.
