摘 要:为了了解水稻重要害虫三化螟Scirpophaga incertulas(Walker)对转Bt基因水稻产生抗性的潜在风险,本文利用自然种群生命表,研究了第3代三化螟在转Bt基因杂交稻汕优63及非转Bt基因杂交稻汕优63上的种群参数。结果表明:在Bt稻上1~2龄幼虫的存活率为4.03%,极显著低于非转基因SY63(55.76%);Bt稻上幼虫为害率为1.75%,极显著低于非转基因SY63(5.98%);Bt稻上存活的幼虫发育历期明显长于非转BtSY63。In order to investigate the reslsltence potentials of Scirpophaga mcertulas( Walker) to transgenlc Bt rice, the population parameters of the 3rd generation of S. incertulas on hybrid Bt rice and non-Bt hybrid rice were studied. The results showed that the survival rate of early instar larvae at the boring stage on Bt hybrid rice was 4.03%, significantly lower than that on non-Bt hybrid rice (55.76%). The infestation rate of larval on Bt hybrid rice was 1.75%, remarkably lower than that on non-Bt hybrid rice (5.98%). The larval developmental duration of S. incertulas on Bt hybrid rice was highly prolonged when compared with non-Bt rice.
