摘  要:目的:探讨在纸塑包装和棉布包装条件下,低温真空甲醛的灭菌效果。方法:采用自研的140L低温真空甲醛灭菌箱,试验组将被灭菌器械装入纸塑包装袋,对照组将被灭菌器械装入装入32支纱的四层棉布包装袋,采用其低温甲醛灭菌箱0.125%甲醛溶液、箱内温度62℃、灭菌时间30分钟的自动程控灭菌程序。两组灭菌效果监测均采用常规和PVD加强型生物指示剂。结果:试验组的常规和PVD加强型生物指示剂全部杀灭,对照组常规和PVD加强型生物指示剂未被全部杀灭。结论:纸塑材料作为被灭菌物品的包装,灭菌效果可靠;而棉布材料作为低温真空甲醛蒸汽被灭菌物品的包装,达不到理想的灭菌效果。Objective: To investigate the sterilizing effect of the medical instrument wrapped in the paper plastics package and in the cotton cloth package. Methods: The self-made low temperature vacuum formaldehyde sterilization box was used in the test. The instrument in the test group was wrapped in the paper plastics package, the instrument in control group was wrapped in the four layers 32 yarn cotton cloth. The Sterilizing condition--0. 125% formaldehyde solution, 62℃ in the box,30 minutes sterilizing time was applied according to The automatic program control sterilizing program in the test. The sterilizing effect in two groups was tested with normal and PVD strengthened biological indicator. Result: Bacillus subtilis was all killed in the test group with Normal and PVD strengthened biological indicator, but Bacillus subtilis was not all killed in the control group. Conclusion: Sterilizing effect with the paper plastic package in the low temperature vacuum formaldehyde sterilization box is reliable , but sterilizing effect is not ideal with the cotton cloth package.
