补肾活血胶囊对骨质疏松症患者骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过对肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松症患者观察,评价补肾活血胶囊的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择符合肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松症患者31例,应用补肾活血胶囊治疗6个月,对患者治疗前后骨密度、中医证候学评分、肝肾功能、血液分析进行比较,观察药物不良反应。结果:补肾活血胶囊能够显著改善患者的临床症状和中医证候评分,显著提高患者的骨密度,治疗前后三大常规、肝肾功能、心电图未见异常改变,不良反应发生率低。结论:补肾活血胶囊有较好的临床疗效,用药安全性较高。Objective：To explore the curative effect and evaluate the security of invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation capsule （IKPBC） in treating osteoporosis patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods： Thirty-one cases were collected and treated with IKPBC for 6 months. The indexes of bone density （BD）, Chinese symptomatic scale, renal and hepatic function, and blood analysis and drug adverse reaction were recorded before and after the treatment. Results：IKPBC could remarkably meliorate clinical symptoms and symptom scales as well as evidently increase BD. No abnormal results were found in the three routine tests, renal and hepatic functions and electrocardiogram examination. Conclusion：IKPBC has preferable curative effect with satisfactory safety.
