摘  要:目的:利用化学位移同反相位成像对脊柱良恶性病变进行比较。方法:44例脊柱病变患者行MR梯度回波同反相位检查。良性病变椎体个数39例,恶性病变椎体个数44例。用双回波化学位移序列分析以上两组椎体在同反相位上的信号强度比(反相位信号强度/同相位信号强度)对两组信号强度的比值进行统计学分析。结果:两组平均信号强度比值分别为椎体良性病变的反相位/同相位信号比是1.64±0.65,而恶性病变的反相位/同相位信号比是3.13±1.31,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:梯度回波正反相位成像对鉴别椎体良恶性病变有较高的应用价值。Objective To compare benign and malignant vertebral lesions on inphase and onphase chemical shift imaging. Methods Forty-four patients underwent MR gradient echo inphase and onphase examination, in which there were 39 benign vertebral lesions and 44 malignant lesions. The signal intensity ratios on inphase and onphase of the vertebral lesions as well as signal intensity ratios were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results The mean signal intensity ratios of the benign and malignant vertebral lesions were (1.64±0.65) and (3.15±1.31)(P〈0.01). Conclusion MR chemical shift inphased and opposed phased technique are helpful to distinguish benign and pathologic of vertebral lesions.
