摘　　要：从装饰艺术运动到后现代主义设计,我们看到装饰在设计中的地位重新回归。这主要是为了摆脱现代主义冷漠、机械化带来的压抑以及后工业社会人类情感的需求,西方富裕的经济基础需要艺术生活的多样化、通俗化。装饰艺术运动也为后现代主义设计提供了大量可资参考的材料。From Art Deco movement to post-modern design.We see the status of Deco in design returning which is mainly intended to cast off the indifference of modernism,the constraint brought by mechanization as well as human being’s emotional demands in post-industry society.The rich economic basis of the west needs the diversification and popularization of Art Deco movement also offers great deal of reference material for post-modernism design.
