摘　　要：介绍了区域农用地变化遥感调查技术框架,重点从业务应用的角度分析了分类系统、变化信息提取与表达、小地物面积扣除和数据处理流程等关键技术,对存在的问题进行了进一步探讨。This paper deals with the technical framework for using remote sensing technology to investigate regional farmland change, with the emphasis placed on such key techniques as classification categories, information extraction and representation of the change, acreage deduction of small objects, and flow chart of data processing. Further discussion on the problems in operation is also made on the basis of practical application conducted in Northeast China, North China and Huanghuaihai area.
