新阴式子宫手术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察非脱垂子宫经阴道手术的效果.方法对67例因子宫肌瘤、子宫肌腺症、宫颈上皮内瘤变及功能性子宫出血需行手术的患者进行经阴道全子宫切除或经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除,将手术效果与同期经腹子宫手术进行对比.结果阴式手术组术后疼痛程度轻;术后病率低;术后排气时间及住院时间短,经统计学处理两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论阴式子宫手术对机体损伤小、恢复快;腹壁无疤痕;住院时间短,且医疗费用低,不需要特殊及昂贵设备,适于在各级医院推广.Objective To study the effects of transvaginal uterine operation. Methods 67 patiants with myoma of uterus, adenomyosis,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and dysfunctional uterine bleeding were given transvaginal hysterectomy or myomectomy. Another 65 patients who accepted transabdominal uterine operation were chosen as control group. Result Transvaginal group was significantly lower than that in patients in pain, complication, crap and inpatient time after operation. Conclusions Transvaginal uterine operation shows lower damage, higher recover, no scar on abdomen, short time in hospital. It has good value to spread.
