摘　　要：采用美国ＭＡＸＩＭ公司新近推出的ＰＩＣ５８ＢＣ单片机并通过设计必要的硬件和软件，研制了一种能实现流量信号处理和显示功能的仪器．该仪器性能稳定可靠、调试简单且性能价格比高．Good function and cheapness is the characteristic of the designed instrument.A PIC58BC,a single chip microcomputer produced by MAXIM recently is the core of the instrument.The instrument is simple for adjusting and steady,and much practical for management of liquid flow.
