摘 要:研究了低温(4℃,3 d),干旱(0.4 mol.L-1甘露醇和20%PEG-6000,3 d)和盐(0.2mol.L-1NaCl,3 d)胁迫对春性、半冬性和冬性小麦生理生化指标可溶性糖(WSS)、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量的影响,结果表明:各种小麦的WSS、Pro含量受低温、干旱和盐胁迫的影响都很大,表现为极显著或显著升高,且半冬性小麦WSS、Pro含量增高的幅度高于春性小麦和冬性小麦.各种小麦的丙二醛含量在各种胁迫下的增高幅度都比较小,且半冬性小麦的增高幅度低于春性和冬性小麦.总体来看,半冬性小麦的抗逆性强于春性小麦和冬性小麦.How the contents of water soluble sugar (WSS),malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline (Pro) of spring,semi-winter and winter wheat changed under low-temperature(4 ℃, 3 d),drought (0. 4 mol · L^-1 mannitol and 20%PEG-6000,3 d) and salt (0. 2 mol · L^-1 NaCI,3 d) stress was studied. The results were as follows: The contents of WSS and Pro of all 3 kinds of wheat changed very much under lowtemperature,drought and salt stress ,and was changed higher significantly or significantly. The contents of WSS and Pro of semi-winter wheat increased higher than spring and winter wheat. However,the content of MDAof the three wheats under all stresses increased lower and the content of semi-winter increasesd lower than the two wheaters. In one word,stress resistance of semi-winter wheat was stronger than the two wheat
