羊角拗甙对钉螺生理生化的影响

摘　　要：以不同浓度的羊角拗甙（Strophanthus divaricatus）对钉螺糖原和总蛋白含量的影响进行了研究。结果显示大干0．80g／L羊角拗甙能够显著降低钉螺体内的糖原含量，减少幅度为10．69％～74．94％；羊角拗甙也能够在一定程度上降低钉螺体内的蛋白质含量，降低为5．79%～14．22％．但不及前者显著。试验表明植物羊角拗的杀灭钉螺作用可能主要与降低钉螺组织细胞中能量代谢有关。The effect of divaricoside on glycogen and protein contents of oncomelania was investigated in the present study. The results showed that the content of glycogen in Oncomelania huprnsis was obviously reduced with a reduction scale from 10.69 % to 7 4.94 % after treatment with more than 0.8 g/L of divaricoside. In addition,divaricoside could also reduce the content of proteins in oncomelania with a reduction scale from 5.79% to 1 4.22% ,but it was not so marked as the former case. It suggests that the killing effect of Strophanthus divaricatus on oncomelania may be related to the energy metabolism pathways of parasites.
